Une recette de sirop délicieuse et anti-gaspi ! Een lekker recept van appelsiroop dat ook nog eens verkwisting tegengaat !
-Epluchez une dizaine de pommes lavées / Schil een tiental gewassen appels
-Faites quelque chose de bon avec les pommes (crumble, compote, gateau, tarte etc…) / Maak iets heerlijks met de appels (crumble, appelmoes, taart…)
-Mettez à cuire les pommes avec beaucoup trop de sucre (environ 500 g), le jus d’un petit citron et un litre d’eau / Zet de appels met veel te veel suiker (ongeveer 500 gram), het sap van een kleine citroen en een liter water aan de kook
-Ajoutez ce que vous avez dans le placard (pas obligatoire) : morceau de gousse de vanille, clous de girofle, poudre ou bâton de cannelle, cardamome, dès gingembre frais… / Voeg toe wat je kan vinden in je keukenkast : stukje vanillestok, kaneelpoeder of kaneelstok, stukje verse gember, cardamom, kruidnagels…
-Laissez réduire de moitié à petit feu / Laat doorkoken tot het volume is gehalveerd
-Stérilisez un bocal ou une bouteille en verre en le mettant une dizaine de minutes dans un four à 110 degrés / Steriliseer een fles of bokaal door hem een tiental minuten in een oven à 110 graden te laten staan
-Filtrez le sirop à l’aide d’un tamis / Filter met een gaas of vergiet
-Versez dans le bocal et fermez / Giet in het bokaal en sluit deze
